Way to Win is a strategic donor collaborative and strategy hub built to win elections now and in the future through data-driven, coalition-based, and persuasion-first strategies. 

As the Director of Advising at Way to Win I drafted an eight-figure finance plan that reconciled organizational and grantmaking budgetary needs while factoring in donor preferences and capacity. I also worked alongside the executive team to organize a coalition of donor networks that worked to educate high net worth individuals on the need to leverage political dollars not just 501(c)3 dollars in order to build a multiracial democracy.
